Rachelle offers specialised exercise classes for small groups utilising functional exercises. and adapted and adjusted to each individual.
These classes are based on giving the body a full body workout. The program follows an initial strength aspect followed by a high intensity section finishing off with core specific exercises.
Rachelle has a degree in Sports Science, CrossFit coaching certifications and weight lifting certifications.
Currently Rachelle is only taking on new clients by word of mouth from existing customers.
